The process was pretty seamless until the end. After final round it was close to a month with no engagement or updates. Got a blanket workday email. Hopefully how they handled the process isn't a reflection of how it would be like to work there.

Face to face, two people panel. Getting to know you and competency based questions. Direct line and peer were handling the interview. Very genial in their approach and heard back from them in a timely manner.
