I think it is really dependent on which department you are going into. I got a referral from a member and the JCC and contacted my boss directly for an interview through e-mail. She liked my qualifications and set up a 1:1 interview and hired me the same day as the interview. I really like the JCC and the people I work with and the community. I am NOT Jewish so you should not worry about that! I love that it is very family and community oriented!
