The 1st round of interview included HR and meeting with the MD and was also interviewed by a person from the technical team. Was called again for another interview with the joint MD where they had finalised and asked for the documents. Salary offered was much much lesser than the expected and when asked for the minimum expectation, was asked to wait.
On asking why resignation from previous company had happened, the reason was harassment. When Sycone was informed about that they "revised" their selection and gave it to someone else.
Do check reviews about the company on other sites as most of the sites have really really bad reviews and one even reported sexual harassment.
so it wasnt ironic when they rejected the offer on informing that complaint will be raised on the account of anything as such.
