Interviewee will submit written or digital application as well as take a 20-question test to determine knowledge of electronics and computers.
Manager will do brief cursory interview and ask interviewee about self to determine interviewee's interpersonal skills.
Interviewee will be called back for interview with manager and owner.
Owner and manager will ask questions to determine if potential employee has necessary social skills, confidence and industry knowledge to merit position.
Manager will call back potential employee for required information for employment.
