Submitted my application then was invited to complete a Maths and an English Comprehension tests, these were online due to COVID. There were practise tests which were very helpful. I was successful at these so was invited to do a skype interview (again due to COVID). I was asked about myself and my education history, why I wanted to train as an accountant and some competency questions (some where I gave examples and some where I was given hypothetical scenarios and asked how I'd react). The interviewer was really friendly and made me feel more relaxed. I was successful at this stage and offered an interview with one of the firms but I'd found another job by this point.

Online application, followed by 2 tests, one numerical and one verbal. If both passed you move onto a 1:1 interview and then a partner interview with your company of choice
