Super day was 3 20 min interviews. Really nice people overall. All behavioral questions focused on resume. Was in person at their office. Interviewers were associate, director, and senior managing director. 2 rounds of interview before super day with one technical round and one behavioral.
First round was general behaviorals, simple technicals straight from 400 M&I guide.
Emphasis on why healthcare IB, why Leerink specifically. Have previous experience ready for why specifically healthcare IB - this is what differentiates candidates.

The process was pretty standard although very open, I was asked to describe myself and then some technicals and that was it. The technicals were not hard but very open ended did not now when to really stop talking.
