Interview
Potential RAs apply for the application with a resume and cover letter. Selected applicants are then offered an interview. Interview is straightforward, with a current RA and a hall director administering it. Questions mostly relate to asking interviewees what they would do in various situations that would occur for an RA. It is mostly a personality examination - they are trying to find RAs that best fit the culture that comes with creating a community among students that live on-campus .

Individual interview, then group interview, questions were pretty easy mostly asked questions about working on a team and conflict management. Fairly easy process, you need to go to an info session to be sent the link to apply.
