The MD/PhD interview day consisted of four one-hour interviews, three by faculty and one by a current student. It is not MSTP, which means funding comes from other sources other than NIH. Honestly, these one-hour interviews are just draining and painful--what more can you talk about yourself in an hour? In addition, researchers don't seem very enthusiastic about their research--funding issue perhaps?
