They responded very quickly for the first interview but then the rest of the process dragged out for nearly a month and a half. The interviews were pretty standard but got repetitive after a couple rounds, and the assessment was way to extensive for a candidate. I empathize with the candidates that had to do all that work to not get an offer

What is a content suggestion for [insert] profile?
two rounds with C suite, one round of panel with AM/VP/etc; straightforward process, until I was made an offer by C-suite which was subsequently RESCINDED without warning; worst interview experience i've ever had. Being told you are the chosen/final candidate for a role and then being told less than 48 hours later that they 'changed their mind' is the worst that that can happen to to anyone during the interview process. This was the first time I ever saw anything like this happen, my friends/family were equally shocked. STN is an unprofessional, destructive organization. A ticking time bomb without a doubt - STAY AWAY!!!
HR screening followed by separate 1st round interviews with three higher up employees. Was then assigned a trial project with ideas for social media content. Submitted trial project then had 2nd follow up interview with the hiring manager.
