The interview process is straightforward and simple. They ask a few questions about your experience working with children, along with some general background questions. The interview is easy, with basic and common questions.

Very easy going. They just want to know if you both are a good fit. First stage is just conversation. Second is practical based. Communication is mostly via email. Mostly a conversation so you can just infer what is being asked. Very nice and comfortable interview experience.
