Will ask about former work experience, and give you a lot of detail about the job itself. Know your resume, and never talk about money until you have actually been offered the position.

The first round was a phone interview with the HR representative. During this interview, she asked about my background, my project interests, and salary expectations. Toward the end of the interview, she inquired about my need for visa sponsorship. Unfortunately, I was informed that the company does not offer sponsorship for entry-level positions. This was quite disappointing, especially since they promote themselves as an international company, yet are unwilling to provide visa support for international employees. Additionally, the job description did not disclose this information about visa sponsorship, which could have been made clear from the start. HR could have addressed this upfront to avoid wasting both parties' time during the interview process.
