The interview was online. The interviewers were difficult to hear at times because they were wearing masks. The environment was positive, however, and they seemed personable. Standard interview questions, no technical questions asked. I interviewed with the Laboratory manager, Director, and a team member.

I had a phone interview first & then I had a face to face interview with a panel of 3 people where they all took turns asking a series of questions relating to how I handled certain situations and the circumstances of them.
