The interview process was well organized and informational for both potential employee and employer. Interviews are currently conducted online via Zoom for some SSM Health sites due to COVID-19. This platform did not distract from the interview environment, however, and in some ways made the experience more positive and convenient.

Was given the option between a phone interview or an in person interview. Selected a phone interview and the interview consisted of value based and departmental questions and then I was given the opportunity to ask any questions that I had. Overall, the interview lasted about twenty five minutes
