It was a very involved recruitment process with their (at the time) HR Consultant. It started with a Teams meeting, followed by an in-person meeting at their Cardiff offices. Finally, I was invited to their Head Office (which was quite difficult to get to). Everyone was very professional but warm. It seemed like a great company to work with, but the frequency of travel required to their head office was off-putting.
