I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SR2 (London, England) in Apr 2025
Interview
Very thorough, but enjoyable. I recently went through the process, finding myself successful, and at each step of the way, felt extremely valued. I met with the internal recruitment team, sales director, Germany team lead, and founder of the company. All are great people and take their time to truly get to know you. The final interview is a presentation, followed by a meet the team, which was extremely insightful.
Considering the calibre of the company, and the type of people they look for, the recruitment process is exactly as it should be. And in my opinion, an industry standard.

Question 1
Explain your BD strategy? How do you win business?
Tell us about your market? How have you found it? Have you faced any challenges?
What are your billings? How much of that is new business?
My interview with SR2 for the Data Scientist position felt friendly but inconclusive. The conversation flowed well, and the interviewer seemed engaged, but I didn’t get a clear sense of where I stood. I think I made a strong impression, but there was no definitive signal about next steps. Now, it’s just a matter of waiting to see if they follow up or if it quietly fades away.

I've had a couple of SR2 recruitment agents call me and go through the whole spiel and then ghost me and refuse to even acknowledge any further queries regarding updates.
Poor service. Improve your communication, please.
