Totally 3 rounds, 1st round phone interview,2nd round 5 mins interview in zoom about the resume background communication skills after that last discussion about work culture and last signing the offer and background check
Easy interview process consisting of basic questions about handling customer situations as well as questions about personal attributes that are relevant to the role. Overall easy as long as you can speak decent English.

Easy to interview for, easy to get assigned to a campaign. Overall a smooth interview process and fast paced, so you get started quickly. I will say they did not tell me if you don’t get picked after training you have to pay back the background fees though. I found out from people in my training class that was the case.
