- It was way too personal and didn't feel like an interview . Almost felt like a conversation, which could be good, but it didn't feel right. Management needs to focus on what they ask in interviews and not give off an unprofessional vibe.

When have you put in a difficult situation in a work place and how did you handle it?

Interview
Had initial interview One on one with the COO. She said she was going to hire me and she would call me the next week, three weeks later I called her-I had to barter with her on the salary, the agency did nothing. She was a female all about herself and how little she could get by with paying staff. She was dishonest from day one and was finally let go due to her inability to manage and I think tell the truth.

Question 1
I was promised to be hired full time as the manager at 4 months, never happened. I was given more and more responsibility and increased work load with no benefits or monetary consideration. She went months without any communication. When pressed I was again promised to be hired, after 10 months, she announced she was leaving (forced out) offered me a lesser position with much lower salary never communicated after she left the company and one week later I was let go stating they didn't need a manager.
