Very basic ! As it was a Library position it required you to communicate efiiciently. Applied my sending a mail to the supervisor. A time was set for the meeting. Was explained the role. Nothing technical. There were 5 other students who were yet to be interviewed. I had confidence in my communications skills. Got a call after 2 days saying I was hired.

It was extremely simple. the proffessor asked some questions. i had a good gpa and had scored well in the course when i had taken it. the prof recommended me and i got the job
