I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SMIC Private School (Shanghai, Shanghai) in Feb 2020

Interview process was friendly and professional. They took me through the usual round of questions about classroom management, teaching philosophy and integration of technology. They seemed friendly and supportive throughout the process and got back to me within two weeks.

There were three interviews, one with the current English Director, and another one with the incoming English Director. The third interview was done by the HR director. There was also a questionnaire with two short essays.
