Three rounds, one with head of department, one with other team group members, last one is a culture fit interview (HR).
Overall okay but unpredictable interviewer in first round with quite a direct/upfront and not too sympathetic attitude.

- What sustainability regulations are in place for this firm (Swiss firm = Swiss standards rather than EU)
