We’re pleased to hear that your first two stages - with HR and the client managers - felt smooth and conversational. We aim to make interviews feel like a two-way discussion, so it’s good to know that came through.
We also appreciate your honest feedback on the process overall. Our intention with a multi-stage interview - including the scenario task – is to give candidates a fair opportunity to demonstrate how they think and approach real client situations, not to make the process feel overly heavy. That said, we hear your point. Four stages can feel like a lot, particularly at entry level, and we’re always reviewing how to strike the right balance between thorough and proportionate.
We’re sorry to read that the experience during the task itself didn’t feel as engaging as it should have. Every stage should feel professional, focused and respectful of your time. We’ll take that feedback on board.
