Actually they are much behind with any MNC.They have infrastructure but pathetic HR team & response.No hiring process or protocol..Just want people to join them.IF you have experience in whatever field just confidentially deal with them.They will hire you.. reality is the target is given to Indian subsidiary by SMC Japan.so they are just puppet.please take care the take home Nd CTC part because they are not giving you clear picture or wrong picture later I got this detail.
