      Project Manager Interview

      20 Oct 2023
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at SMASH (CA) in May 2022

      Interview

I submitted an application, then I had a phone screen with my potential manager. We scheduled a group interview where I was one of 3 interviewees in front of a panel of 3 group managers. We interviewees answered questions, and did interactive activites with each other: roleplaying scenarios, iirc. Then I had another call with my manager to deliver a verbal offer and button up details. A written offer came a few days later.

      Question 1

What's one way you've handled conflict in the past? How did it go?
