Interview
It mostly depends on the technical test. If the test goes well then a candidate will have 80-90% chances to get a job. After this A basic level telephonic interview will be there.

Interview
Aptitude Test, And technical round (Revit test of one hour). Basic drafting and modeling questions. There is a list of questions with all the instructions and you have to perform each task one by one in a file.
