I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at SJH (Taipei) in Jan 2016
Interview
They will ask you questions that are quite standard such as introduce yourself and etc. Great interview experience, good learning experience for people. Some takeaways from the experience is always be prepared.
I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at SJH (Arlington Heights, IL)
Interview
Felt judged the entire interview. First thing you have to do is take an IQ test, even though the president of the company says it's not an IQ test. Then he proceeded to ask a handful of questions that had nothing to do with the position. A lot of the questions were illegal and shouldn't be asked/answered. He gives you no chance to talk as most questions are YES/NO, such as "do you smoke?" Told me he'd call in a few days with the decision, after countless emails asking if I received the job (period of 1 month+), the guy has still to respond with something other than "I'm still interviewing". Interview was pathetic and one of the worst interviews I've ever had.
