I had to attend four interviews in total. The first was a general telephone pre-screening by a recruiter. The second was an online, professional interview with the hiring manager, who gave me an idea of what exactly they do and what exactly the job would be, who they were looking for, and a Q&A session at the end where he answered all my questions by hand. Then the third interview was in person at the Zurich office. I had prepared for this with a presentation and after the presentation I had to pass a professional test (questions, situational theory exercises). Then I was shown around the building, shown everything. The fourth one was just an HR talk about details and formalities, necessary documents and salary. My overall recruitment experience was very positive all the way through, everyone was very helpful and friendly and supportive. I always received answers to my questions within a short time.
