SIMCOM Training Centers interview questions

Was done with previous manager. Laid back. Was more interested in who I was rather question aviation related material. A presentation on aviation was requested in phase II.

Very poor. COO explained that he didn't care what kind of education you had are experience, it meant nothing to him. He was a very arrogant man. He explained that he had no formal education and he had to work his way up. Haven't we all? Just some spent the extra time to acquire and education along the way.
