They advertised for a Cadetship before the national intake. And then decided not to hire for it after 3 interviews. Then directed to national intake which is a video interview and then another couple of interviews. Overall seems like an all over the place hiring process.

Assessment centre was good overall. Calm environment and it helped encourage collaboration. They conduct individual interviews during the group task so they just grab people out of the room and then you present your group task at the end.

first step is a video interview and then if successful you attend
the graduate assessment day and again if successful the second round interview
the process was fast and straightforward, they kept you well informed throughout the week of recruiting.
