This is was the most unstructured interview I have ever had with a company. Questions were not related to actual job but they were testing on my thought process which they thought narrowly of. Shame that Cogent Singapore is being ran by a bunch of people who come from nice universities but 0 technical knowledge. Oh, and HR.. Old school.
