Just some basic questions about background and experience, nothing special. Interviewed by two managers. They told me to come for a second round right after the first round interview.

Applied via email through Craigslist. Was emailed back to call to set up a day and time to come in. Met with the Manager for a 10-minute 1:1 interview that was extremely basic. Got a call back that day to come in for 2nd round which turned out to be following 2 employees around on foot going door-to-door sales. Asked random questions along the way and expected to fit in. Had final interview when back at the office with manager again. Asked basic questions and offered position.
