Interview
Everyone was friendly, direct and normal. I had no worries about interviewing because they used a recruiter to vet me for the position. When I got a call back and offered lunch with the rest of the department, I figured I had a great shot at an offer.

Interview
I had a casual phone conversation first, then was asked to come in and meet with a few people. I already knew some of the employees from a previous company, so I was able to meet with them individually and get a feel for the company and the culture. It was obvious that they wanted ME to make sure it was a good fit as much as they wanted to make sure it was a good fit.
