SEIU Local 1 interview questions

The interview process that I experienced was entirely virtual and consisted of two interviews. First I was interviewed via video call by the Director of Human Resources. I heard back about two weeks later from the Research Director to set up another virtual interview with him and the Chief of Staff. At the end of that interview I was told I would hear back in about a week. The interview process was fine in itself, but I never heard back regarding the position - not even to be told that I was not chosen. Being ghosted after 2 interviews and being told I would hear back made the overall experience a negative one.
