The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at SEI Investments in Feb 2010
Interview
This was a pretty painless interviewing process for the summer internship program. I submitted my resume and cover letter online. Had a phone interview with someone from HR and she asked a lot of basic/generic or behavioral questions about my background and interests. The conversation lasted about 30 minutes to an hour.
I'm a special case in that most of the other interns I spoke with actually had a second round interview or were invited in-person for final rounds - but since I was out of a state they probably didn't bother bringing me in. At any rate, I got a phone call from the same HR person about a month or a month and a half later extending me an offer for the summer internship which I accepted.
Later on after I was given an offer, I spoke with a few different team leads from various departments to see where they thought I would best fit.

Question 1
This was a while ago, I honestly don't remember the details - just that they were pretty basic. Tell me about your background/interests, your strengths, etc.
