SEEP Network interview questions

I went through two interviews. The first was with my-would-be-supervisor and their director of finance and the second interview was with the same supervisor and another program manager. I don't remember most of the questions since the interview was several years ago, but in the second interview I was given a test that involved reading a powerpoint presentation and then summarizing and converting the content into a communication/newsletter to members. I was given 45 minutes to complete the task. The interview process lasted about 2 weeks; I was sent an offer letter with my salary and benefits, but the salary had been discussed on the phone prior to sending the letter.
