I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at SEED SPOT in Dec 2023
Interview
Applied through the website, appreciated the transparent salary listing. Heard back within 2 weeks and from there the process was pretty quick with 3 total interview rounds over about 6 weeks. First interview was 1:1 with the person who would be the manager for the role, then with another senior leader team member, and final round included putting together project-based work from a prompt that was relevant to the role, demo coaching an entrepreneur (played by a team member), modeling facilitation based on a short example from a real training the organization leads, and q&a time for the leadership team and CEO on the call. I enjoyed the process and found all of the team members very personable, friendly, and willing to answer questions. The interview questions were all very relevant to the role.

Seedspot has a welcoming company and the interviewers are super nice and friendly. I appreciated them extending an interview to me, although I didn't get the offer. Regardless, I enjoyed the process and appreciate the experience .
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SEED SPOT (Phoenix, AZ)
Interview
The hiring process took 2 weeks. I interviewed with the Vice President of Communities, first via phone and then in person at the SEED SPOT office in Phoenix. The questions were mostly straight forward and more so about my related experience and what I knew about SEED SPOT.
