Phone call was straight forward, I was in college and described what my capstone project was. In person interview was pleasant and straight forward. Showed some stuff (not saying what for reasons) and asked me to walk through it.

Interview
The process starting with an approximately half an hour long phone screening covering the basic educational background and relevant experience. Then an in person interview was scheduled, which took the form of interviewing with two members of senior management, and two members of the junior staff who worked in the position being applied for.
