It was done by the personal assistant to the Chairman. We sat in the conference room. She explained in detail the responsibilities of the position and the CEO. She did take me on a small tour of the office, introduced me to many of the VP's

She asked my full background, my personal pro's and con's. She asked if I had ever been in a high-level management position acting as the assistant to a CEO.
