The SDP (Software Development Program) interview process typically begins with an online application or campus registration, where candidates submit their resumes and basic details. The first stage is usually an online assessment, which includes sections on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, verbal ability, and technical knowledge—often followed by one or two coding problems. Candidates who clear this round move on to the technical interview, where they are assessed on programming languages like C, Java, or Python, as well as concepts in OOPs, data structures, algorithms, and database management. Questions may also cover academic projects or internships. Successful candidates are then invited to an HR interview, which focuses on communication skills, personality, and cultural fit. Typical HR questions include career goals, willingness to relocate, and strengths and weaknesses. Based on overall performance in all rounds, selected candidates receive the offer letter.
