SDI Technologies interview questions

Interview went well. I really Enjoyed meeting some of the employees. The opportunity looked promising and it seemed like there was a lot of room for advancement. The advancement part was not really the case.

Department heads were kind, and very eager to build relationship. They on the other hand had no authority given to them as far as decision making. I believe I was not offered the job because their boss did not want to give me the salary that I requested. (40,000). I had the exact experience they needed, I guess my self worth was not in the budget.
