Interview
The interview process was OK. First I had a quick chat on the phone with the HR person, then she sent me a briefing challenge to work with the brand Bandida do Pomar. I had like 3 days to make a new KV for the brand, and after that time I had to go there and present my proposal, to a "panel" consist of a senior designer, my "future boss" (head of merchandising), and the HR lady.
