I participated in a group interview with a panel of admin. The director and all supervisors from each unit. They did not ask questions about our reasoning for applying or any questions related to the position. They told us about the job and explained the importance of documenting client engagement. Overtly stated that past employees did not do a good job at keeping up with the workload. I was offered the job within a week. Everyone except for 1 got the job. However I was offered $55,000 salary but was then told by the director that they made a mistake and the pay will be $50,000 instead. Very unprofessional and disappointing
