SC First Steps to School Readiness interview questions

Screening followed by two interviews with the option of the final interview being in person with the executive director. After the first interview they reach out to your references. My experience was negative though everyone I met was nice. My references were cold called, as working professionals they weren’t able to just stop on spot but when trying to get back in contact we’re only able to get a full voicemail. Their calls were never returned even after I reached out inquiring about the process. After making it to a final interview most companies out of professionalism and respect will let you know if you are being hired or if you have not. I followed up 4 times with multiple people after not hearing anything for multiple weeks. But after making it to the final round of interviews I never heard from anyone in the company again.
