Interview
Written test which comprised of a normal aptitude test along with questions in general knowledge. This was followed by a panel interview with 3 people doing the interview. The interview lasted for about 30 - 35 minutes.
It was good . First written test was conducted then group discussion was held on the topic of “Whether India requires more stringent rules and policies”. Then interview was conducted

What does the hand symbol in Chandigarh represents ?
Interview process was Swift and quick but the panel looks into your profile very deeply and thy may ask many questions from your background or your upbringing. Not too much is asked from banking.

Interview
The Interview was the third stage of the selection process, after the prelims and mains examination. We were sent the call letter after the result of the mains exam. There was a formal dress code and the interview was with a panel of 5. I was asked questions about myself, my qualifications, family, etc. There were also questions about finance and banking.
