I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at SBC Advertising (Columbus, OH) in Apr 2017
Interview
Long process spanning two months multiple interviews and phone calls. Multiple different interviewers told me "titles didn't matter there" and that I could "define my own role" and that SAE was fine with them. Two months passes with the process and the offer finally comes with the lower title and less money then I asked for by about 5,000-7.000. I tried to negotiate and they pulled the offer saying "they were bummed I wouldn't be working with them." I felt like they wasted my time and misled me.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I was asked multiple times what salary I expected with every new person and then even repeated times with certain interviewers. It was awkward and then made it even worse when they low balled me.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at SBC Advertising
Interview
Fairly typical interview. The questions weren't exactly hard hitting, but they did make you think. A few client what if scenarios that any college graduate with a communication degree could answer with a few moments of pause. Applied, received notification I was a finalist, did an in-person panel interview with department leaders, AEs and AMs.

"Your client informs you that an extremely dangerous production error has been found in their products. Unfortunately, they weren't the first ones to find this out. How do you handle negative publicity about a dangerous product that could possibly injure or kill their owners?"

Interview
Several interviews. I think I had to talk to everyone at the agency. I met with the team I would be working with. I interviewed with the guy over the division. he was creepy. and the woman who was over HR, she seemed clueless.
