Applied online, but only contacted by recruiter after a current employee added my name to the referral list. Recruiter scheduled phone interview with Project Manager. The process took two interviews and then I was given an offer letter.

Question 1
Started by asking about job experience related to specific position. But majority of interview seemed like PM and team members getting to know me and to see whether they thought I'd be a good fit for their team (fun, easy-going team member and not someone you hate).
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at SAIC
Interview
Multiple phone calls, no in-person. Screened by team lead and planner, then another interview by program manager. Found the questions to be very stump the chump with the PM, not so much by the team leads.
