It wasn't the typical IT/tech interview for sure which I was disappointed in. More than half of any questions asked weren't directly relate to your open roles, wish it was more technical and didn't deviate from the job description.

Fairly standard interview process. Went through 3 rounds of interviews, one with a recruiter, one with the hiring manager, and one with the CTO. Everyone was nice, had a positive experience over all.
