Interview
A typical 3-stage interview process for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager role is designed to evaluate both your strategic thinking and your hands-on execution across the customer journey. Took 4 weeks.
Interview process focused on core competency, cultural fit, and technical skills to succeed in this role. Usually two rounds of interview, first round is screening and with HR, second with hiring manager. After that it’s formality.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at S.i. Systems (Toronto, ON) in Sept 2025
Interview
After a 1-hour and 30-minute pre-screening assessment and 3 interviews, the team didn't have the common decency to inform me that I was not successful in the process. Lack of humanity is one thing, but this is the scum of the earth. Wasting over 3 hours of someone's time and not even bothering to send an email to the candidate. I'm not too sure the VP likes people of colour (being generous with that wording). I could tell before the interview even started from how he looked at me I wasn't getting the job. To display this level of disrespect to someone who spent hours trying to get into your company is appalling. Be warned by this and the other reviews citing lateness, lack of work etiquette.
