Phone screen followed by face to face with immediate manager, 1.5 hour face to face and video conference with 3 members of the wider team then final 30 minute phone screen with Global Head.
I was interviewed by 4 individuals, received glowing feedback at each stage, then told that I would get bored after 6 months in the role following one 30 minute conversation with the Global Head (which was rushed because he was late to the call). I had to chase for feedback at each stage in the process, was given the impression that the conversation with the Global Head would 'just be a formality' and that I was pretty much guaranteed to get the role throughout the entire process.
I contested the decision not to hire me, was promised a call back but never received one. I'd struck up a good rapport with their internal recruiter who took me through the entire process, so was sorely disappointed to have been ignored at the end.
