Interview
It was a two part interview process. After I spoke with the HR representative about the position and my interest, we scheduled a phone interview followed by an in person interview a few days later.

In the interview I was asked if I was prepared to immediately jump into projects; modeling and designing in revit & autocad, utilizing Bluebeam and kept up with modern codes.
