I was initially contacted by their regional recruiter via telephone who then conducted a phone interview with me which went very well. After the phone interview, the recruiter passed my resume on to the hiring manager who had their HR dept contact me after they decided to have a one-on-one interview with me. The HR rep gave me the time and location for the interview which was conducted in downtown Chicago (the position was for Schaumburg) and also informed me that the interview would be a two-part interview, the first with the recruiter that I spoke with on the telephone and regional sales manager and the second would be with the national sales director and and local sales manager. After arriving to the location of the interviews, I waited approximately 5-10 minutes for them to come get me for the interview. The first interview went very well and was very comfortable but the second interview (although it wasn't uncomfortable, it wasn't as smooth as the first) had a different "tone", which I am sure was probably intentional in order to see my reaction. Overall, the interview process went quite well.
